Refund policy

We hope that you are delighted with your order, but we understand that there may be an occasion where you will need to return something to us.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

To start the return process please email us at info@huntersinteriors.co.uk or call us on 01780 757946 - our sales team are available Monday to Friday 9:30am-4.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays). We will advise on the best way to return the item in question.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning their unwanted item unless it is faulty.

Paint, Fabric and Wallpaper: We are unable to accept returns on these items as they are Special Orders.

The returns service is only available for UK mainland customers.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please accept our apologies but this does occasionally happen.  Please contact us at info@huntersinteriors.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your damaged delivery. Remember to include your name and a photo of the damaged item. We will contact you to arrange the return and a replacement.
